In a deep container, beat the eggs and pour milk. Add vanilla, sugar, and melted chocolate. Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Soak the bread slices in the liquid mixture, drain excess, and then cover in panko to create a breaded effect. In a pan, on medium temperature, add butter and let it melt, then add the toast. Cook the toast until golden on both sides.

Marinate the banana on the flat side and then cover in sesame, just as you would with panko. In a pan with butter, seal the banana with the seeds below until toasted. Lower the temperature and flip. Leave several minutes until soft and last, but not least, turn off the stove and add honey.

Boil two cups of strained coffee in a pan, add the cocoa powder with cream along with the rest of the ingredients. Once you add the cornstarch lower the temperature and mix with a whisk continuously to set a uniform texture.

Combine all the ingredients slowly until creating a less consistent “pancake dough”. In a pan with butter, slowly pour the dough while using circular motions to create the crepe. Flip carefully. After cooking for several minutes, remove the pan from the stove and let rest. Fill with chocolate and fruits.
