Ripe Banana with Honey and Sesame
Ingredients
1 banana cut in half and then in the other half |
1 tbsp. Butter |
Sesame seeds |
Honey |
1 tbsp. “Chuleria en Pote” |
Procedure
Marinate the banana on the flat side and then cover in sesame, just as you would with panko. In a pan with butter, seal the banana with the seeds below until toasted. Lower the temperature and flip. Leave several minutes until soft and last, but not least, turn off the stove and add honey.
