Celery and Chocolate Crepe
Ingredients
½ cup of celery boiled in milk |
¼ tbsp. Wheat flour |
1 tbsp. Butter |
2 eggs |
Zest of one orange |
Ginger Zest |
Pinch of salt |
Coconut sugar to taste |
Procedure
Combine all the ingredients slowly until creating a less consistent “pancake dough”. In a pan with butter, slowly pour the dough while using circular motions to create the crepe. Flip carefully. After cooking for several minutes, remove the pan from the stove and let rest. Fill with chocolate and fruits.
