Custard with Coffee From Lares

Natilla con Café de Lares - receta por Chef Vivoni


2 Cups of Heavy Cream
1 Pinch Cinnamon
2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp. Sugar
Orange Zest
3 tbsp. Dissolved Cornstarch


Boil two cups of strained coffee in a pan, add the cocoa powder with cream along with the rest of the ingredients. Once you add the cornstarch lower the temperature and mix with a whisk continuously to set a uniform texture.
