Custard with Coffee From Lares
Ingredients
2 Cups of Heavy Cream |
1 Pinch Cinnamon |
2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder |
3 tbsp. Sugar |
Orange Zest |
3 tbsp. Dissolved Cornstarch |
Procedure
Boil two cups of strained coffee in a pan, add the cocoa powder with cream along with the rest of the ingredients. Once you add the cornstarch lower the temperature and mix with a whisk continuously to set a uniform texture.
