In a deep container, beat the eggs and pour milk. Add vanilla, sugar, and melted chocolate. Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture. Soak the bread slices in the liquid mixture, drain excess, and then cover in panko to create a breaded effect. In a pan, on medium temperature, add butter and let it melt, then add the toast. Cook the toast until golden on both sides.

Combine all the ingredients slowly until creating a less consistent “pancake dough”. In a pan with butter, slowly pour the dough while using circular motions to create the crepe. Flip carefully. After cooking for several minutes, remove the pan from the stove and let rest. Fill with chocolate and fruits.

In a pan, heat up the cream and add all the other ingredients. Adjust to your liking and serve with a pinch of “Chuleria en Pote Spicy” to give it an extra kick and highlight flavors. Serve in a cup with toast or churros.
