Cut Onions in “Julienne”, then add in a pan and cook at medium-low heat. Afterwards, add salt to taste and touch of olive oil. Once they have gotten a caramel-like color, add the rest of the ingredients and let reduce until obtaining a marmalade texture. Lay to rest in the refrigerator and it’s ready to enjoy with almost any meal.

In a casserole on medium heat, sauté the papaya with butter. After softening, add sugar and the rest of the ingredients until you reach a marmalade-like texture.
