Onion Jam
Ingredients
4 Onions (any kind works just fine) |
2 oz of Apple Vinegar |
Salt to taste |
1 pouch of gelatin with no flavor 1 |
2 spoonfuls of Olive Oil |
Procedure
Cut Onions in “Julienne”, then add in a pan and cook at medium-low heat. Afterwards, add salt to taste and touch of olive oil. Once they have gotten a caramel-like color, add the rest of the ingredients and let reduce until obtaining a marmalade texture. Lay to rest in the refrigerator and it’s ready to enjoy with almost any meal.
