Guava Glaze

Ingredients
4 Guavas |
2 tbsp. Brown sugar |
1/2 cup of orange juice |
Pinch of Salt |
Procedure
After cleaning and peeling the Guavas, add them in a casserole with the rest of the ingredients until acquiring a sticky consistency. You can either grind or strain to obtain a more liquid consistency or keep as is for a more preserve-like finish. Always let it cool down before consuming. You can keep the glaze in glass jars and use in diverse ways.
