Strawberry Sauce

Strawberry Sauce - Receta por Chef Vivoni


4 strawberries thinly sliced
2 tbsp. sugar/fructose
1 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
1 branch of rosemary
Salt to taste


Add all of the ingredients in a frying pan and let them reduce into a thick texture on low heat. Let rest before serving. Very versatile and can be used on desserts, meats, salads, and even cocktails.
