Coconut & Pineapple Sauce

Salsa de coco y piña  - Receta por Chef Vivoni

Ingredients

½ Onion cut into small squares
1/2 spoonful of fresh grated ginger
1 cup of Coconut Milk
Salt to taste

Procedure

In a casserole, sauté onions with oil and once they have softened, add the rest of the ingredients and set to rest until thickened. Adjust the flavor to taste. Finish by adding butter and fresh cilantro.
