Marinated Yucca Brine

Ingredients
| ½ lb. Yucca |
| ¼ cup of Sweet Pepper |
| ½ cup of Onion |
| 2 tbsp. Coriander |
| ¼ cup of Olive Oil |
| 2 tbsp. Apple Vinegar |
| 1 tbsp. Honey |
| Salt and Pepper |
Procedure
Cover Yucca in boiling water. Add salt to taste. Let boil until cooked while keeping a soft texture. Remove the core fiber and cut to desired size. Add the rest of the ingredients and adjust flavors.
