Marinated Yucca Brine

Marinated Yucca Brine - Receta por Chef Vivoni


½ lb. Yucca
¼ cup of Sweet Pepper
½ cup of Onion
2 tbsp. Coriander
¼ cup of Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Apple Vinegar
1 tbsp. Honey
Salt and Pepper


Cover Yucca in boiling water. Add salt to taste. Let boil until cooked while keeping a soft texture. Remove the core fiber and cut to desired size. Add the rest of the ingredients and adjust flavors.
