|2 lb. Ground Beef|
|1 White Onion cut into cubes|
|Chopped Cilantro to taste|
|4 tbsp. Chuleria en Pote seasoning|
|¼ cup of Pineapple in small cubes|
|1 cup of panko or bread crumbs|
|Small size hamburger bread|
In a deep container combine meat with the rest of the ingredients. With your hands, give the sliders desired shape and seal for 5 minutes for each side. Add cheese on the slider in order for it to melt. Then, serve on a bun with caramelized onions and fresh cilantro. You can use any ground meat available: pork, beef, or lamb.
