Pork Sliders with Pineapple
Ingredients
2 lb. Ground Beef |
1 White Onion cut into cubes |
Chopped Cilantro to taste |
4 tbsp. Chuleria en Pote seasoning |
¼ cup of Pineapple in small cubes |
1 cup of panko or bread crumbs |
Muenster cheese |
Small size hamburger bread |
Procedure
In a deep container combine meat with the rest of the ingredients. With your hands, give the sliders desired shape and seal for 5 minutes for each side. Add cheese on the slider in order for it to melt. Then, serve on a bun with caramelized onions and fresh cilantro. You can use any ground meat available: pork, beef, or lamb.
