Kefta with Ground Meat

Ingredients
| 1 lb. local Ground Beef |
| ½ cup of chickpea flour |
| ½ purple onion |
| Cilantro to taste |
| Basil to taste |
| Oregano Brujo to taste |
| Arugula to taste |
| 1 local egg |
| 2 tbsp. “ Chuleria en Pote” |
Procedure
Marinate the meat with “Chuleria en Pote”. Mince the onion and the herb mix. Give meat desired shape on skewer, then set on the grill.
