Kefta with Ground Meat
Ingredients
1 lb. local Ground Beef |
½ cup of chickpea flour |
½ purple onion |
Cilantro to taste |
Basil to taste |
Oregano Brujo to taste |
Arugula to taste |
1 local egg |
2 tbsp. “ Chuleria en Pote” |
Procedure
Marinate the meat with “Chuleria en Pote”. Mince the onion and the herb mix. Give meat desired shape on skewer, then set on the grill.
