Kefta with Ground Meat

Ingredients

1 lb. local Ground Beef
½ cup of chickpea flour
½ purple onion
Cilantro to taste
Basil to taste
Oregano Brujo to taste
Arugula to taste
1 local egg
2 tbsp. “ Chuleria en Pote”

Procedure

Marinate the meat with “Chuleria en Pote”. Mince the onion and the herb mix. Give meat desired shape on skewer, then set on the grill.
