Green Plantain (Ripe Banana) Soup
Ingredients
4 green graded bananas |
½ onions cut in small cubes |
3 cups of broth with Chuleria en Pote |
Fresh cilantro to taste |
Toast bacon to decoration |
3 garlic cloves |

Procedure
Stir fry bacon in cubes until golden. Remove. This will be added at the end as a crunchy element. Stir fry onions in a pan, add the grated green plantain. Then, slowly, add soup while making sure the texture remains creamy. Let cook and adjust flavors. Finish dish by adding fresh cilantro and crunchy bacon-like croutons.
