Fish covered in Plantain Crust

Pescado Crusto de Plátano - Receta por Chef Vivoni

Ingredients

1 lb. fish steak cut in strips
Chuleria en Pote
2 beaten eggs
1 cup of striped banana
Fry oil

Procedure

Marinate the fish and cover in oil, then soak into the plantain greaves on only one side. In a pan with oil, cook fish on both sides at medium temperature for about 5 minutes each side.
