Where to store your Herbs & Spices

With the reality of living in this humid tropical island it is very important where you store your herbs and spices. Always find a dark, dry space, because sunlight will make their color fade. I would also recommend avoiding the shelf on top of your stove due to the heat and vapor that rises which may alter the herbs and vegetables’ flavor and characteristics.
