Tropical Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

1 Ripe Tomato
½ Purple Onion cut into small cubes
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
Fresh Cilantro minced. To taste
½ Pinto Mango cut into small cubes
Salt, to taste
½ Pineapple cut in small cubes

Procedure

In a deep container combine all the ingredients and adjust the flavors to taste. You can add a touch of spice.
