Tropical Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
| 1 Ripe Tomato |
| ½ Purple Onion cut into small cubes |
| 1 tbsp. Olive Oil |
| Fresh Cilantro minced. To taste |
| ½ Pinto Mango cut into small cubes |
| Salt, to taste |
| ½ Pineapple cut in small cubes |
Procedure
In a deep container combine all the ingredients and adjust the flavors to taste. You can add a touch of spice.
