Tropical Pico de Gallo
Ingredients
1 Ripe Tomato |
½ Purple Onion cut into small cubes |
1 tbsp. Olive Oil |
Fresh Cilantro minced. To taste |
½ Pinto Mango cut into small cubes |
Salt, to taste |
½ Pineapple cut in small cubes |
Procedure
In a deep container combine all the ingredients and adjust the flavors to taste. You can add a touch of spice.
