Malanga Montaditos

Ingredients
| Slice Malanga with mandolin |
| 1 lb. boiled Yam in squares |
| ½ Avocado cut in cubes |
| ½ minced Red Onion |
| Chopped parsley |
| 2 sliced Garlic Cloves |
| ¼ cup of Olive Oil |
| Juice from one Lime |
| 1 tbsp. Vinegar |
| 1 tbsp. Ginger Zest |
Procedure
Fry the Malaga until toasted. In a deep container, add the rest of the ingredients. Marinate and adjust flavor to taste. Mix well and let rest for a few minutes. Serve on top of the crunchy malanga like “tapas or montaditos”
