Mangu
Ingredients
½ White Onion cut into cubes |
2 tbsp. Herbs mojo |
2 Green Plantains |
Coldwater (if necessary) |
Salt to taste |
Procedure
In a “boricua pilón”, add the boiled ingredients. Mash well and add the rest of the ingredients. Slowly, add cold water to prevent the Mangu from hardening and drying. To conclude, adjust flavors to taste.
