Tiradito Salad (Fresh Local Fish Ceviche)
Ingredients
| Onion slices cut in (finas tiras) |
| 4 Ounces of chillo steak cut into thin slices (laminas) |
| Juice of one lime |
| 1 tbsp. Olive oil |
| 1 sweet chili cut in thin slices |
| Fresh cilantro leaves |
| Salt to taste |
Procedure
Set the fish sheets in a plate, then add the ingredients in order and macerate in the fridge for a few minutes. It is important to utilize fresh fish for this recipe. For crunchy texture elements, you can add roasted peanuts or fried chickpeas with “Chuleria Spicy”.
