Tiradito Salad


Onion slices cut in (finas tiras)
4 Ounces of chillo steak cut into thin slices (laminas)
Juice of one lime
1 tbsp. Olive oil
1 sweet chili cut in thin slices
Fresh cilantro leaves
Salt to taste


Set the fish sheets in a plate, then add the ingredients in order and macerate in the fridge for a few minutes. It is important to utilize fresh fish for this recipe. For crunchy texture elements, you can add roasted peanuts or fried chickpeas with “Chuleria Spicy”.
